This application is a private tool with a single user, its owner. This policy covers the Google user data it accesses.
With the user's consent: read-only access to the user's own Gmail (the application cannot send, change or delete email), and access to only the Google Drive files and folders the application itself creates, to save the user's documents there. It cannot see any other files in the user's Drive.
Only to help the user organise their own email and documents. The data is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to build profiles, and not used to train general-purpose models.
Data is handled only as needed to provide the application to its user, using service providers bound by confidentiality where necessary. It is not shared with anyone else, except as required by law. Data is kept only as long as needed and can be deleted on request.
This application's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be removed at any time: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access.
